By accessing and using the VADEX platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

VADEX provides an AI-powered platform for private equity deal analysis and due diligence automation. The services are provided "as is" and intended for professional use only.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dynamic Finance S.L. and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dynamic Finance S.L., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
